Secret Service stops suspicious car

WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 (UPI) -- Based on a threat assessment, uniformed Secret Service officers stopped a suspicious vehicle in northwest Washington Wednesday. The car is being searched and two occupants are being questioned, said a Secret Service spokesman.
