Harvard study says schools resegregated

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Aug. 9 (UPI) -- A Harvard University study shows that American public schools are becoming rapidly segregated again among whites, blacks and Hispanics mainly because of termination of desegregation orders. It said some federal courts are forbidding voluntary desegregation plans.
