Wildland fire management debate rages

DALLAS, June 24 (UPI) -- Government officials and environmentalists are at odds over the best ways to prevent future wildfires like those raging in the Arizona and Colorado. Some Western governors want more controlled burns but a Sierra Club official said the increasing numbers of people moving to the mountains need more fire safety instruction.
