Justice seeks death penalty for Moussaoui

MIAMI, March 28 (UPI) -- Attorney General John Ashcroft on Thursday announced that the Justice Department would seek the death penalty for Zacarias Moussaoui, who is accused of conspiring to participate in the Sept. 11 attacks on New York and Washington. Moussaoui faces four charges that could result in the death penalty at his trial later this year.
