Sept. 11 terror suspect enters no plea

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 2 (UPI) -- The first person charged in the Sept. 11 terror attacks on New York and Washington on Wednesday entered no plea in federal court. "In the name of Allah I do not have anything to plea. I enter no plea," said Zacarias Moussaoui. However Judge Leonie Brinkema considered the defendant's response a not guilty plea to conspiracy charges in a six-count indictment.
