Senate leaders bicker over stimulus plan

WASHINGTON, Nov. 27 (UPI) -- A package of reforms intended to stimulate the recession-staggered economy has only succeeded in simulating the partisan dander of the Senate leadership, as both parties Tuesday took turns blaming each other for not passing legislation. Republicans and Democrats continue to fight over whether new spending should be in the bill.
