Gov. Ryan supports airport expansion

CHICAGO, Oct. 18 (UPI) -- Gov. George Ryan, R-Ill., unveiled a $6 billion proposal Thursday that would expand O'Hare International Airport, build a new airport, and provide state loans to improve airport security. Ryan said the proposal would provide a much needed economic stimulus and improve airport security.
