Giuliani won't run for mayor

NEW YORK, Oct. 3 (UPI) -- New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani said Wednesday he would not be a candidate for mayor in November. "I told Mike Long (head of the Conservative Party) that I would not be candidate for mayor on the Conservative Party," he said.
