NEW YORK, Sept. 30 (UPI) -- Mayor Rudolph Giuliani said Sunday that 5,219 persons were missing in the World Trade Center disaster, and the bodies of 314 people have been recovered of whom 255 had been identified. He added that severe restrictions on traffic entering Manhattan would continue.
