Tampa Bay Buccaneers sign safety Marqueston Huff, WR Jhajuan Seales

July 31 (UPI) -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed Marqueston Huff and Jhajuan Seales, while waiving another safety and wide receiver on their roster.

Tampa Bay announced the moves on Sunday.

Huff was a fourth round pick by the Tennessee Titans in the 2014 NFL Draft. He spent his first two years with the Titans before landing on the Jacksonville Jaguars' practice squad last season. He was later signed to the Baltimore Ravens' active roster. Huff was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs earlier this offseason but was waived in early July with a non-football injury designation. He has 23 tackles, four passes defended, a sack and an interception for a touchdown in 41 career games. Huff has one start during his NFL tenure. He has recorded 19 tackles on special teams.

The 25-year-old was suspended for one game last season for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.

He will wear No. 34 for the Buccaneers.

Seales, 23, will wear No. 83 for Tampa Bay. The Oklahoma State product was an undrafted free agent signing this offseason by the Chicago Bears. He was waived on May 30.

The Buccaneers also waived safety Alex Gray and wide receiver Thomas Sperbeck.

Tampa Bay began training camp on Friday. The Buccaneers had a closed practice on Monday and have another closed session on Tuesday.
