Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin is saying there's a chance quarterback Ben Roethlisberger might be ready to play Sunday at Baltimore, 21 days after surgery to repair a meniscus tear in his knee.

"All cards are on the table," Tomlin said Tuesday.

Previously, Tomlin did not speculate on the length of absence for the 34-year-old Roethlisberger, who sustained the injury in the first half of a play in which he was intercepted by safety Reshad Jones during a 30-15 loss to the Miami Dolphins on Oct. 16.

"When he is healthy, he'll be back with us," Tomlin said.

The Steelers are coming off of their bye week but have back-to-back losses to the Dolphins and Patriots. At 4-3, Pittsburgh remains in first place in the AFC North over the 3-4-1 Cincinnati Bengals and 3-4 Ravens.
