GREEN BAY, Wis., March 21 (UPI) -- A hooded Houdini of sorts, Packers wide receiver James Jones is done in Green Bay.

The Packers informed Jones' player rep that they have "no interest" in re-signing the 31-year-old wide receiver, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

"They're going to go with the young guys," Jones' agent Frank Bauer said.

Jones played his first seven seasons with the Packers before signing with Oakland in 2014. The New York Giants released Jones before he was reunited with the Packers.

He returned to Green Bay in 2015, to amass 50 receptions for 980 yards and eight scores.

Jones led the league, with 14 touchdown receptions in 2012. He has 433 career catches for 5,861 yards and 51 touchdowns in nine NFL seasons.

The Packers selected Jones in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft.
