BUFFALO, N.Y., Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Buffalo Bills players had to do double takes when they heard coaching suggestions Wednesday at practice. Bills head coach Rex Ryan's twin brother Rob Ryan attended the practice, and he had the same voice as his brother.

"It was great to have him out there," linebacker Preston Brown told ESPN's Mike Rodak. "It was kind of weird, because they have the exact same voice. So you kind of hear somebody talking and you think it's [Rex], but it's his brother. So it's cool having another great mind out there to help us get through the week."

"He wants to get this win as bad as his brother, so it's definitely good to have him out there because he's excited for us."

Rob Ryan was fired three weeks ago as defensive coordinator for the New Orleans Saints. The 4-8 Saints have allowed a league-high 425.2 yards per game and 380 points this season.

But Wednesday, Rob Ryan was true blue, dressed head to toe in Bills gear. Ryan sported a team issued jacket, hat, and pants while pacing around the field.

The 6-6 Bills ended a two game skid with a win against the Houston Texans last Sunday in Buffalo. Rex Ryan's squad is allowing 23.2 points per game under defensive coordinator Dennis Thurman.
