LOS ANGELES, July 20 (UPI) -- Even when a player leaves the game, the trash talking remains.

On Sunday, Shaquille O'Neal posted a picture of the Los Angeles Lakers' all-time greatest players above the Chicago Bulls' greatest players to his Instagram account. The caption under Shaq's post read: "We would beat em by fifty "what you think". Let me know and don't hold back."

Soon after Shaq's post, Pippen responded with a post of his own. Pippen's Instagram post included a picture of himself with Jordan, wearing 3-peat championship shirts. Pippen's caption read: "Sorry @shaq but I don't get caught up in hypotheticals. All I know is we won 6 titles, twice the amount you claimed while in LA..."
