Olympic Medal: Women's Super-G

SOCHI, Russia, Feb. 15 (UPI) -- Anna Fenninger of Austria won the Olympic gold medal Saturday in the super-giant slalom.

Maria Hoefl-Riesch of Germany earned the silver medal, having previously won the alpine combined at these Games. The bronze went to Nicole Hosp of of Austria. It was also the second medal of the Olympics for Hosp.

American Julia Mancuso finished eighth.
