NBA: Toronto 108, New Orleans 101

TORONTO, Feb. 10 (UPI) -- Patrick Patterson had 22 points and six rebounds in his first start of the season Monday, highlighting Toronto's 108-101 decision over New Orleans.

Kyle Lowry notched an all-around game of 19 points, 12 assists and seven rebounds for the Raptors, who improved to 27-24 on the season with a second win in five games.

DeMar DeRozan also played a key role with 22 points.

The Pelicans dropped a second straight on the road despite 23 points and 10 assists from Tyreke Evans.

Anthony Davis provided 19 points and seven rebounds.
