FALL RIVER, Mass., Nov. 6 (UPI) -- A judge in Fall River, Mass., told prosecutors Wednesday to give more details about perjury charges against ex-Boston Patriots player Aaron Hernandez's fiancee.
Hernandez faces a murder charge in the June 17 slaying of Odin Lloyd, whose body was found in an industrial park near Hernandez's North Attleborough, Mass., home.
Defense attorneys attacked the government's case against Shayanna Jenkins, who pleaded not guilty in October and was freed on her own recognizance, The Boston Globe reported.
Bristol Superior Court Judge E. Susan Garsh asked prosecutors whether they thought everything Jenkins told a grand jury investigating the killing was false. "That's a hard question to answer," the Globe reported prosecutor William McCauley replied.
The judge gave prosecutors until Dec. 2 to file a full bill of particulars on the charge against Jenkins, and set a pretrial hearing for January.
