TORONTO, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Danny Valencia had two RBI and Miguel Gonzalez turned in a strong start before coming out with an injury Sunday in Baltimore's 3-1 win over Toronto.
Valencia contributed a two-run double and Nick Markakis went 2-for-4 with a walk and a run scored for the Orioles, who remained in the hunt for an American League wild card berth.

Gonzalez (10-7) yielded just one run on six hits over 5 1/3 innings before exiting with a groin injury.
Blue Jays starter Mark Buehrle (11-9) surrendered three runs (two earned) on six hits and three walks over five innings.
Adam Lind socked a solo homer for Toronto.
