MLS: New England 1, Toronto FC 1 (tie)

TORONTO, Aug. 30 (UPI) -- Andrew Wiedeman scored in first-half stoppage time Friday, rallying Toronto to a 1-1 tie with New England.

Toronto has managed just two wins in its last 10 matches and has only four victories all season. That leaves the team in next-to-last place in the Eastern Conference, 15 points out of a playoff position.
