MLB: Atlanta 11, Colorado 2

ATLANTA, Aug. 1 (UPI) -- Justin Upton drove in five runs with a pair of homers Thursday, propelling Atlanta to an 11-2 victory over Colorado.

The Braves have won seven in a row, all of them coming on a homestand they completed with Thursday's triumph. It was only the second perfect homestand of seven or more games in franchise history.
