CLEVELAND, March 8 (UPI) -- Marc Gasol ignited Memphis during a decisive third quarter Friday and the Grizzlies won their third in a row with a 103-92 decision over Cleveland.

The Cavaliers grabbed a three-point halftime lead, but Memphis scored the first 10 points of the second half and outscored Cleveland during the third period 32-18.

Gasol scored 22 points with eight rebounds and both Mike Conley and Jerryd Bayless had 17 for the Grizzlies, who shot 52 percent from the field.

Memphis has captured 11 out of 12 and has the best record of any team not leading a division. The Grizzlies, however, began the night 6 1/2 games behind San Antonio in the Southwest Division.

Kyrie Irving scored 24 points to lead the Cavaliers. He had been listed as doubtful prior to the game due to an undisclosed illness.
