MELBOURNE, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- Americans Bob and Mike Bryan moved within one victory of a 13th Grand Slam doubles championship Thursday with a straight-sets win at the Australian Open.

The brothers defeated Italians Simone Bolelli and Fabio Fognini 6-4, 4-6, 6-1 in the semifinals and will take on Robin Haase and Igor Sijsling in the title match.

The Americans will be trying for their sixth Australian Open crown and their 13th Grand Slam doubles title.

After winning the Australian Open five times in a six-year span beginning in 2006, the Bryans lost in the finals last year to Leander Paes and Radek Stepanek.

Haase and Sijsling reached the championship match with a 7-5, 6-4 decision over Spaniards Marcel Granollers and Marc Lopez.
