NFL: San Francisco 27, Arizona 13

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Michael Crabtree amassed 172 receiving yards Sunday, hauling down two touchdowns in San Francisco's division-clinching 27-13 victory over Arizona.

Crabtree made eight grabs in all and Colin Kaepernick completed 16-of-28 passes for 276 yards and the two touchdowns for the 49ers (11-4-1), who claimed the NFC West title.

Frank Gore compiled 68 yards with a score on 20 carries as San Francisco closed out the regular season with its third win in four contests.

Arizona (5-11) got a 19-of-34, 225-yard performance from Brian Hoyer in his first career NFL start behind center. He tossed a TD pass and surrendered an interception.

Michael Floyd led the Cardinals' receiving corps with eight catches for 166 yards and a touchdown.
