COL BKB: Kansas 92, Oklahoma State 65

LAWRENCE, Kan., Feb. 21 (UPI) -- Marcus Morris scored 27 points and No. 2 Kansas overcame the loss of suspended guard Tyshawn Taylor Monday to dominate Oklahoma State 92-65.

Morris went 9-of-13 from the field, twin brother Markieff Morris added 15 points and seven rebounds, and Elijah Johnson contributed 15 points for the Jayhawks (26-2, 11-2 Big 12), who notched their 15th straight home win.

Mario Little dominated the glass, hauling down 10 rebounds to go with seven points, and Tyrel Reed chipped in with eight points and five assists for Kansas in the win.

Junior guard Taylor was placed on indefinite suspension for violating team rules, head Coach Bill Self said Monday.

Taylor played a key role on the team, starting all but one of the Jayhawks' 27 games while averaging 8.8 points with 4.7 assists per contest.

Marshall Moses led the Cowboys (16-11, 4-9) with 27 points and six rebounds.
