NBA: Orlando 101, Washington 76

ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 16 (UPI) -- Dwight Howard put together a dominating performance Wednesday that sent Orlando breezing to a 101-76 decision over Washington.

The Wizards were coming off their first road victory of the campaign, ending a streak of 26 consecutive losses away from home dating to last season. Washington did not come close to making it two in a row, however, falling behind by nine at halftime and by 25 after three quarters.

Howard made 12-of-15 shots from the field en route to 32 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. He blocked three shots in boosting the Magic to their second straight win and their fourth in five games.

Washington, with 15 victories all season, has not had back-to-back road wins since Nov. 27-Dec. 1, 2009.

Jason Richardson added 16 points for Orlando and Brandon Bass had 15. The Magic will take a 36-21 record into the All-Star break.

John Wall led Washington with 27 points.
