MIAMI, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- Miami forward Chris Bosh will miss the Heat's game against Atlanta Tuesday and LeBron James's status was up in the air.

Bosh is sidelined with a sprained left ankle suffered Saturday in a game against Chicago. It will be the first game he has missed since joining Miami this season.

James has already missed two games with a sprained left ankle. Whether he will play against the Hawks will be a game-time decision.

Bosh is averaging 18.6 points and 8.2 rebounds and James is averaging 25.4 points, 7.2 assists and 7.0 rebounds.

Guard Dwyane Wade, who didn't practice Monday because of a sore knee, is expected to play.

Atlanta is three games behind first-place Miami in the Southeast Division.
