DOVER, Del., Sept. 25 (UPI) -- Kyle Busch won his NASCAR-record 11th Nationwide Series race of the season Saturday, edging Joey Logano to take the Dover 200 at Dover International Speedway.

Busch held the lead for all but eight of the 200 laps and was able to fight off Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Logano down the stretch to win by 0.4 seconds.

Busch broke the old record of 10 Nationwide victories in a single season originally set by Sam Ard in 1983 and then equaled by Busch in 2008. In the process, he claimed his third career win at the one-mile Dover track.

Third place went to Carl Edwards while Reed Sorenson and Kevin Harvick rounded out the Top 5.

Current points leader Brad Keselowski spun out late in the race and finished 17th. He maintained a 320-point lead over Edwards with seven races to go.
