WESTMINSTER, Md., July 30 (UPI) -- Baltimore cornerback Domonique Foxworth tore a knee ligament in the first day of training camp and will miss the entire 2010 season.

Foxworth, 27, limped off the field during Thursday's orientation practice and Friday posted a message on his Twitter account about the injury.

Foxworth was hurt in a non-contact drill, tearing an anterior cruciate ligament.

"There was no contact, but he just planted the wrong way and the thing popped," said Ravens Coach John Harbaugh. "We're disappointed about that. I know how disappointed he is. Nobody's worked harder than he has to get ready for this season."

Foxworth started 16 games for the Ravens last season, his first with the team after spending three years with Denver and one with Atlanta. He's played 76 games over his NFL career, starting 44.

He had 53 tackles and four interceptions for Baltimore in 2009 and has 264 tackles and eight interceptions over his career.
