LOS ANGELES, April 13 (UPI) -- Manny Ramirez belted his first home run of the season Tuesday, one of four round-trippers clubbed by the Los Angeles Dodgers in their 9-5 win over Arizona.

Andre Ethier marked his return to the starting lineup by knocking a three-run homer while Casey Blake powered a two-run shot and Matt Kemp added solo blast in the Dodgers' 2010 home opener.

Los Angeles starter Clayton Kershaw (1-0) got the win, striking out seven in 5 1/3 innings of work. He survived issuing five walks and allowing two runs on three hits.

Ian Kennedy (0-1) started and took the loss after allowing all four Dodgers homers. The right-hander was yanked after 4 1/3 innings, during which he gave up six runs on six hits and three walks.

The D-Backs got a two-run homer from Mark Reynolds in the loss.
