
LOS ANGELES, March 21 (UPI) -- Carl Landry tallied 24 points and Beno Udrih added 20 Sunday, boosting the Sacramento Kings to a 102-89 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers.
Udrih dished off a career-high 17 assists while Francisco Garcia ended with 16 points as Sacramento won for only the third time in nine games.
Spencer Hawes struck for 13 points and collected 10 rebounds for the Kings, who posted a 32-19 first-quarter lead and maintained a comfortable margin for the rest of the first half.
In the second half after the Clippers pulled to within 81-74, the Kings answered with seven straight to rebuild a double-digit lead at 88-75 and cruised the rest of the way.
The Clippers, who dropped their ninth in 10 games, got 23 points from Eric Gordon while Baron Davis chipped in with 13 points and five rebounds in the defeat.
