NBA: Sacramento 96, Milwaukee 95

MILWAUKEE, Dec. 20 (UPI) -- A layup in the final second by rookie Tyreke Evans gave the Sacramento Kings a 96-95 win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Evans, who led the Kings with 24 points, drove in for the winning bucket with 0.9 seconds on the clock after Milwaukee's Ersan Ilyasova had scored on the other end to give the Bucks a one-point lead with five seconds to play.

Jason Thompson chalked up 22 points and 10 rebounds for Sacramento.

Carlos Delfino led the Bucks with 17 points. Andrew Bogut and Brandon Jennings each scored 15 and Ilyasova scored 14 points and had 10 rebounds.

The Kings and Bucks played a tight game that included 11 ties and 24 lead changes. Milwaukee held the largest lead of the contest, a modest seven points.

Sacramento ended the third quarter with a pair of baskets by Thompson and Beno Udrih that put the Kings ahead 73-72.
