Duncan Keith, Patrick Sharp and Kris Versteeg each scored for Chicago and Huet made 20 saves to notch the win. Keith's power-play goal early in the third period lifted the Blackhawks into a 3-3 tie, answering a long slapshot tally by the Blue Jackets' Kris Russell.

Columbus was led by Russell and Antoine Vermette, who each had a goal and an assist. Samuel Pahlsson also scored for the Blue Jackets, losers of six of their last seven.
