MLB: Houston 8, Milwaukee 5

MILWAUKEE, Aug. 16 (UPI) -- Geoff Blum hit a three-run home run and drove in half of Houston's runs Sunday, powering the Astros to an 8-5 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers.

Hunter Pence ripped a two-run homer and Michael Bourn added an RBI triple for the Astros.

Reliever Jeff Fulchino (5-4) retired two batters in the seventh inning and got the win.

Ryan Braun and Prince Fielder each hit a two-run home run for the Brewers, who had won their previous three games.

David Weathers (3-4) was the loser.
