NHL: Philadelphia 4, Dallas 3

PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Mike Knuble scored two goals, including the game-winner with 5:08 remaining in the third period, Monday night when the Philadelphia Flyers beat Dallas, 4-3.

Jeff Carter and Scottie Upshall also scored for the Flyers, who increased their winning streak to five games. Simon Gagne had two assists to extend his point streak to eight games (three goals and 10 assists) and Martin Biron made 22 saves.

Mike Modano had two goals for Dallas, which has lost six of its last seven games. Marty Turco stopped 21-of-25 shots for the Stars.
