MLB: Tampa Bay 2, Baltimore 0

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., May 23 (UPI) -- Matt Garza allowed four hits over 7 1/3 innings Friday and the Tampa Bay bull pen was perfect in leading the Rays to a 2-0 blanking of Baltimore.

The surprising Rays opened a 10-game homestand by winning for the 13th time in their last 14 games at Tropicana Field.
