Fifth man charged in Sean Taylor's death

MIAMI, May 14 (UPI) -- A fifth suspect was arrested in Florida Wednesday in the shooting death of Washington Redskins defensive back Sean Taylor.

The Miami Herald reported that 16-year-old Timothy Brown was charged with first-degree murder under a sealed warrant filed by Miami-Dade prosecutors.

Four other men from Fort Myers, Fla., previously were charged with murder and are set to stand trial August 25.

At least one of the four said Taylor's home was robbed of $5,000 was stolen during an earlier incident and then targeted for a second robbery.

Michael Hornung, an attorney for one of the suspects, has claimed that as much of $200,000 was hidden in a black bag in one of the bedrooms in Taylor's home in the November incident.

Taylor, a former Miami-Florida star, lost a large amount of blood after he was shot in the groin during a botched robbery attempt at Palmetto Bay, Fla. home Nov., 26, 2007. He died the next day at a Miami-area hospital.
