BERKELEY, Calif., Jan. 18 (UPI) -- Ty Abbott hit two three-pointers during the second overtime Thursday, boosting No. 25 Arizona State to a 99-90 victory over California.
The Sun Devils (14-2, 4-0 Pac 10) won their 10th straight game to solidify their first national ranking in more than a decade.

Neither side had more than a five-point lead until Arizona State seized control in the second extra period.
James Harden's jumper put the Sun Devils in front for good at 89-88 with 3:47 to play, after which Abbott hit his first long-range shot. His second one came with 2:25 to go and gave Arizona State a 95-88 cushion.
Harden scored 30 points, Jeff Pendergraph added 26 and Abbott had 24.
California (11-5, 2-3) was led by Ryan Anderson with 32.
