MADISON, Miss., Oct. 1 (UPI) -- Chad Campbell closed with a 3-under 69 Sunday to win the Viking Classic at Madison, Miss., by one stroke over Johnson Wagner (70).
Campbell's winning total was 12-under 276 despite a three-putt bogey at the par-5 72nd and final hole.

The 33-year-old Campbell made his move on the back nine with a birdie at the par-5 10th.
The title, worth $630,000, was the fourth of Campbell's career.
"This was great, but a little nerve-racking," the winner said afterward.
Boo Weekley (70) and Bill Haas (72) shared third place at 11-under 277, while third-round leader David Branshaw (75) tied for fifth with Shaun Micheel (72), and John Senden (70) at 10-under 278.
