MLB: St. Louis 11, Arizona 3

ST. LOUIS, July 2 (UPI) -- Scott Rolen drove in four runs Monday, propelling the St. Louis Cardinals to an 11-3 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Cardinals starter Braden Looper worked six innings, allowing three runs on four hits. Russ Springer (4-1) threw a perfect seventh to earn the win.

Albert Pujols, Aaron Miles, Scott Shumaker and Rolen each had two hits for the Cardinals, who have won three of their last four games

Arizona starter Brandon Webb (8-6) gave up runs on seven hits in six innings.

Chris Snyder homered and Chad Tracy knocked in two runs for the Diamondbacks, who have lost three straight and five of their last seven games.
