MIAMI, June 29 (UPI) -- Chipper Jones had two hits and knocked in four runs Friday night as the Atlanta Braves clobbered Florida, 12-3, for their fourth win in a row.
Atlanta's Jeff Francoeur had three runs, four hits and one RBI.
Kelly Johnson had three runs, three hits and one RBI. Three other Braves drove in a run, two runs scored on errors, and Atlanta banged out 14 hits against four pitchers.
Winner Chuck James (7-7) yielded an earned run and four hits in 6 2/3 innings, with three walks and five strikeouts.
Florida's Hanley Ramirez had two hits and two RBI. Mike Jacobs hit a solo home run in the sixth for the Marlins, who have lost four of five.
Atlanta had an 8-0 lead before Jacobs' home run.
Loser Josh Johnson (0-3) yielded two earned runs and five hits in four innings, and reliever Wes Obermuller gave up six runs and seven hits in 1 1/3 innings.
