TORONTO, May 28 (UPI) -- Aaron Hill had three RBI Monday as the Toronto Blue Jays defeated the New York Yankees, 7-2.
Dustin McGowan (1-2) earned his first victory of the season, allowing two runs on five hits with seven strikeouts and only one walk, while pitching 7 2/3 innings.

Hill was 2-for-3 and Lyle Overbay was 3-for-5 with a homer and two RBI for Toronto. Troy Glaus added two hits, an RBI and two runs scored for the Blue Jays.
Hideki Matsui hit a two-run homer for the Yankees, who suffered their fourth straight loss and the 12th los in their last 17 games.
