DENVER, April 23 (UPI) -- Matt Holliday had three hits and one RBI Sunday as the Colorado Rockies beat the San Diego Padres, 4-2, to snap a three-game losing streak.
Todd Helton, Brad Hawpe and Yorvit Torrealba also drove in one run each, and Garrett Atkins had a run and two hits for the Rockies.
Holliday has 11 hits in his last 22 at-bats, covering the last six games.
Winner Jason Hirsch (2-1) gave up two earned runs and only four hits in seven innings, with two walks and seven strikeouts.
Brian Fuentes earned his fourth save of the season.
Khalil Greene hit a solo homer, Adrian Gonzalez hit an RBI double, and Greene had two of the five hits for the Padres, who had a three-game winning streak snapped.
Losing pitcher Greg Maddux (1-2) yielded four earned runs and seven hits in seven innings, with one walk and four strikeouts.
