The league suspended Jones for the entire 2007 season while Henry will miss half the 2007 regular season. "Each player must earn the right to be reinstated," the NFL release said.

Since he joined the NFL in 2005 Jones has been involved with police investigations at least 10 times, including an incident at a Las Vegas strip club that involved a shooting that left a man paralyzed. Las Vegas police are reportedly seeking felony charges against Jones.

Henry was arrested four times in 14 months and was suspended two games by the NFL last season.
