SUNRISE, Fla., March 24 (UPI) -- Zach Parise and Travis Zajac scored in the shootout Saturday night as New Jersey ended a three-game losing streak by downing Florida, 4-3.

The recent skid has caused the Devils' lead over Pittsburgh to dwindle to two points as they battle for the Atlantic Division title.

Jim Dowd scored twice in regulation for the Devils, who have dropped seven of their last 11.

Olli Jokinen, Stephen Weiss and Ville Peltonen all scored for Florida.
