SAN JOSE, Calif., March 22 (UPI) -- Arron Afflalo's 17 points and seven rebounds carried UCLA into the Elite Eight Thursday with a 64-55 victory over Pitt.

The Bruins will take on Kansas Saturday.

Josh Shipp had 16 points and five rebounds while Darren Collison added a dozen.

Ronald Ramon scored 12 the Panthers and Levance Fields chipped in 11 points. Aaron Gray scored 10 points and six rebounds.
