OKLAHOMA CITY, March 10 (UPI) -- Mario Chalmers scored 16 points as second-ranked Kansas advanced Saturday to the Big 12 Tournament final with a 67-61 victory over Kansas State.
Kansas will face 14th-ranked Texas in Sunday's championship game.

Julian Wright added 12 points and eight rebounds for the Jayhawks (29-4) won their 10th straight game.
Guard Brandon Rush, who leads Kansas in scoring, made only 3-of-10 shots Saturday and finished with eight points.
Cartier Martin scored 17 points and Lance Harris 16 for Kansas State (22-11).
