NBA: Cleveland 99, LA Lakers 90

CLEVELAND, Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Sasha Pavlovic scored a career-high 21 points Sunday afternoon to help the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Los Angeles Lakers, 99-90.

The Cavaliers led the up-and-down contest, 52-41, at the half and trailed, 67-64, after the third -- but sealed the victory by out-scoring Los Angeles, 35-23, in the fourth. The outbursts included an 8-3 run in the closing minute.

LeBron James -- still hampered by an injured right big toe -- had 18 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Zydrunas Ilgauskas had 17 points, seven rebounds and three blocked shots; and Anderson Varejao added 12 points, six rebounds and three blocks for the Cavaliers, who have a three-game winning streak.

Kobe Bryant scored a game-high 36 points for Los Angeles, and Vladimir Radmanovic had 12 points and 10 rebounds. Lamar Odom had 11 points and 11 rebounds, while Bryant had six assists and seven rebounds, as the Lakers suffered their third straight loss.
