NHL: New Jersey 6, Philadelphia 5 (OT)

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Brad Lukowich scored at 4:10 of overtime Thursday night as the New Jersey Devils beat Philadlephia, 6-5, extending the Flyers' losing streak to 12 games.

The teams each scored once in the first period, and twice in both the second and third to create the overtime.

Travis Zajac had two goals, Scott Gomez and Patrik Elias each had two assists, while Martin Brodeur gave up five goals on 36 shots for the Devils, who have split their last four games.

Mike Knuble led the Flyers with two goals and one assist.

Alexandre Picard had a team-record five assists and Antero Niittymaki made 29 saves on 35 shots for the Flyers, who haven't won since beating the New York Islanders Jan. 2.
