NBA: San Antonio 95, Minnesota 82

SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan had 24 points and San Antonio rallied from a 56-48 halftime deficit Wednesday night to beat Minnesota, 95-82.

Duncan finished with five rebounds, three assists and two blocked shots for the Spurs, who out-scored Minnesota, 47-26, in the second half -- including 22-11 in the fourth quarter -- as they beat the Timberwolves for a sixth straight time.

Manu Ginobili scored 12 points for the Spurs, who forced 23 turnovers, which led to 26 points, as San Antonio won for the third time in their last four games.

Kevin Garnett had 19 points and 12 rebounds for the Timberwolves, who had a four-game winning streak snapped. Mark Blount had 19 points, eight rebounds and two steals; while Randy Foye added 15 points and seven assists as Minnesota suffered its sixth straight loss at San Antonio.
