CLEVELAND, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- LeBron James had 27 points, seven rebounds and six assists Saturday as the Cleveland Cavaliers posted a 107-75 victory over the Indiana Pacers.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas and Damon Jones each scored 15 points for the Cavaliers, who have won three of their last four games. Donyell Marshall had 11 points and 17 rebounds in the win.

Darrell Armstrong led the Pacers with just 13 points. Danny Granger had 12 points and nine rebounds for the Pacers, who have lost four of their last six games.
